Q: Why can't I turn on the solar camera after receiving it?
A: We only partially charged the camera during transportation. We recommend that you charge the camera for 6-8 hours with a 5V/1A adapter before using it.

Q: How does the solar camera work?
A: If the camera does not detect motion within three minutes of normal operation, it will automatically enter sleep mode and automatically wake up when there is motion.

Q: How long can the built-in battery be used after a full charge?
A: The camera's built-in battery can be used for about 15 days after a full charge (if the alarm is triggered about 20 times a day).

Q: How to charge the camera when the built-in battery is dead?
A: If you use an adapter to charge the camera, only 5V/1A specifications can be used. Adapters of other specifications will burn the camera chip (it is not recommended to charge after the battery is used up, which is very harmful to the battery)!

Q: How long does it take for the solar panel to charge the camera?
A: It only takes 4 hours to fully charge when there is sufficient light and the camera is not in use.

Q: How to make the camera work perfectly?
A: In the motion detection setting interface, set the motion detection sensitivity to 6 and the human detection sensitivity to 3.

Q: Where is the video of the camera stored?
A: The camera has an SD card slot and is stored in the SD card by default.

Q: How does the solar panel work with the camera?
A: Connect the interface of the solar panel to the charging port of the camera to charge the camera.

Q: Can the camera still work in the absence of sunlight?
A: Yes. The solar camera has a built-in battery and uses the stored power to continue working on cloudy days or at night.

Q: Where is the solar surveillance camera suitable for installation?
A: It is suitable for installation in areas with sufficient sunlight and difficult wiring, such as farms, construction sites, warehouses, remote areas, courtyards, etc.

Q: How is the night effect of the solar surveillance camera?
A: The camera is equipped with infrared night vision function, which can shoot clearly in a completely dark environment. The night vision distance is generally 10-15 meters.

Q: Is the installation of the solar camera complicated?
A: It is simple to install and no wiring is required. Simply secure the camera in place and make sure the solar panel faces a sunny direction.

Shipment

Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, which is activated upon receipt. If the product itself is proved to be defective within the warranty period, it can be repaired or replaced. The warranty does not cover any incidental, accidental or indirect losses arising from the use of the customer and losses caused by natural disasters.
Warranty products will be carried out in accordance with the following rules:
1. Free replacement within 1 month after receiving the goods.
2. Pay the shipping fee for the warranty product within 2-6 months after receiving the goods.
3. Pay 50% of the price of the warranty product within 7-12 months after receiving the goods.
